Governance Model

CECIL DAO votes on proposals through neurons it controls. Proposals are executed by the canister automatically if passed, ensuring on-chain governance. Community governance will be progressively integrated in future phases.

📥 Voting Mechanism

• Votes are weighted by the stake of each neuron (ICP or OGY)

• Quorum ensures a minimum level of participation before a proposal is validated (details to come in future governance updates)

🔒 Rewards & Locking Strategy

• Long dissolve delays are a commitment to mission-aligned, long-term stewardship

• Locked neurons prevent short-term speculation and strengthen governance credibility
